Description:
As an IT&D Sales Execution Consultant, you'll be responsible for executing multi-functional Sales Execution projects across geographies. You'll work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects; this is a great opportunity to experience how technology can be an enabler to business growth and grow into the organization. We're looking for someone with minimum 5 years of project management experience across multiple geographies
You'll be working with: Global product managers, regional product managers, market IT&D and business leads, external vendors
In this role, you'll:
- Design and execute detailed project plans and align with stakeholders across geographies
- Ensure adherence to and utilization of companies IT&D operating model to facilitate planning, alignment, demand & change management
- Understand business requirements, manage enhancements and drive change management activities
- Liase with global product managers on overall product evolution
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of changes and features requested
- Responsible for all project comms to be sent to key stakeholders on a regular basis without fail
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently without any delays
- 4+ years of managing Global Sales solutions in the FMCG industry
- Familiarity with LeanlX is a preferred plus
- Additionally, open to learn new technologies and solutions and quickly adapt to changing business landscape
Please note:
For this role, focus will be 70% on project management and 30% on domain knowledge of SFA DMS solutions.
