IT Business Relationship Manager Work Location : Hyderabad Roles : - IT Business Relationship Manager will serve on the portfolio account team and partner with the portfolio USI Relationship Management Technology Leader to provide oversight and management of the portfolio and portfolio roadmap, with primary focus on the pipeline and active initiatives. - Assist the Technology Leader with guiding the delivery of technology solutions for the entire portfolio. Liaise with entire ITS account team to drive consistency, accountability and transparency. Provide oversight of delivery capabilities and assist on an as-needed basis. Assist the RM Leader with portfolio period reporting, financials compliance, and assessments as appropriate Qualifications : - 13-17 years in Technology, with consulting services firm experience (or any) - Ability to understand business problem and strong business acumen - Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and support - BRMi professional certified preferably - Knowledge and experience working directly with clients and customers consistently with a client centric mindset as the priority - Large scale project/program management experience required, with transformation programs preferred - Strong financial acumen and operational management experience - Deep program and PMP skills, including knowledge of PM tools - Ability to oversee the delivery and execution of large projects/programs - Demonstrates a - one team- / one firm- mindset - Motivates, coaches and inspires others - Exudes confidence in expertise and judgement - Ability to provide - big picture- view on the state of the portfolio - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to and collaborate with executive leadership - Ability to be a key influencer to leadership and peers - Ability to navigate tough issues and bring complete picture forward, to ensure best decision is made - Ability to help delivery teams manage through issues, risks and change Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications. Advanced degrees and/or professional certifications are also preferred.
