QUALIFICATION: Engineering / MCA / MBA in IT Systems & Solutions. MUST HAVE : 8 - 10 years experience with relevant RETAIL IT expertise critical. Must have Retail Organisation experience of setting up IT systems and solving operational issues. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - The Retail IT Business Partner is expected to be a bridge between Business need & IT capability, - She/he will be the Go-To person for IT enablement across the Organisation, - Must be able to influence CXOs & ensure results, - Setup Retail IT systems from scratch and track effectiveness and efficiency, - Ensure efficiency and synergy between legacy IT systems, to ensure timely business reporting and operations, - Train Field Sales, IT and Management team to enable optimal usage of IT systems, - Recommend & implement IT solutions to align with current & future business needs, - Vendor sourcing, evaluation, shortlisting and managing, to ensure business results are delivered on time.
