IT Business Partner - Building Material Business

Currently we are having an urgent opening for IT BUSINESS PARTNER based out of HYDERABAD location for a renowned market leader in Building Products and one of the fastest growing players in the Indian Consumer Appliances segment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- To work closely with the department heads (HOD) and other key stakeholders, in managing the business requirements end to end. This include but not limited to requirement collection, prioritisation, and delivery in conjunction with other IT functional staff and until proper adoption.

- To work with IT functional (Application, Infra & Digitisation) teams in delivering the solutions on time with the right quality

- Manage scope creep properly without effecting the timeline and quality. Ensure MVP (Minimal Viable Product) features are agreed and delivered.

- Ensure no escalations in the system on the day-to-day critical support, by working closely with the respective business and IT stakeholders.

- Responsible for generating weekly and monthly progress reports on the IT service delivery and submit the same to respective HODs with a copy to CEO & CIO

- To drive status review and governance calls periodically

- Escalate to the right stakeholders in-time (or when known) in order, not, to have projects run into RED

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Should have an expertise in IT SDLC, requirement management & delivery using standard / proven project management techniques

- Should have working knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project and other MS office tools

- Should have a knowledge of SAP ERP, Distributor Management System, CRM (Institutional & retail Sales and services) and other third party applications

- Well-versed with PMBOK-PMP, Agile and Scrum methodologies

- Better if the person worked in building products industry
