We are at present having a position as IT Business Analyst - Trade Promotions Management for a reputed Alco Beverage organization based in Bangalore location. We are looking for only female candidates for this role PURPOSE OF THE ROLE : This role supports the business process design, development and adoption of superior technology capabilities in the area of Trade Promotions Management in India. The business processes will span across planning, execution, settlement and analytics of Trade Promotions - Below The Line (BTL) and Through an IT Business Analyst, this role works closely with business functions (Commercial, Commercial Finance and Supply), vendor partners and other supporting functions to shape the business requirements and process design for Trade Promotions Management and deliver key IT capabilities &amp; services to enable the business objectives. Experience: - 2+ years experience in a business facing functional analyst role - Experience and credibility in the areas of Trade Promotions Management process &amp; technology in a Consumer P Industry; Understanding of other areas of Commercial/Sales processes is an added bonus - Experience in the following areas is preferred but not mandatory - Experience on Kantar Retail's XTEL platform is a plus (or other products such as Accenture CAS, Anaplan, SAP TPM - Experience with deliverables on reporting/analytics/visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI - Attention to detail is key, inquisitive &amp; questioning nature - Great at working as part of a cohesive, integrated team - Strong problem solving planning/ organising, highly detail conscious - Quick learner who exhibits resiliency and tenacity in the face of challenge - Have a huge passion for growing and developing - Demonstrated leadership and the development of others - Experience in working in an outsourced environment would be advantageous Knowledge &amp; skills: - Experience of having work in the Sales/Commercial function in a Consumer Product Goods organization, with experience and exposure to trade promotions management - Strong business acumen to arrive at relevant solutions - Operational execution excellence - Ability to manage delivery through partners and to hold them to high standards of delivery - Ability to drive change and adoption by establishing and showcasing business value of technology platforms - Capable of handling a large set of users (around 50 ~ 300 users) across the country - Is able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to take initiative and closely engage with the business - General understanding of software development lifecycle, project management &amp; delivery frameworks, testing m etc
