IT Business Analyst - Subject Matter Expert - Nostro Account & Reconciliation - Banking Domain

We are hiring for top IT company with following role and skills

1) Business Analyst / Subject Matter Expert

Domain- Banking

Specialization in Nostro Account and Reconciliation

- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience within a Bank, financial institution, or relevant IT vendor or relevant banking operations experience of which 4 years in technology deployment

- Experience in creating process and procedure manuals and/or training documentation

- Confidence to face off to senior business stakeholders (including front office)

- Experience gathering and documenting business & functional requirements

- Strong skills with core Business Analysis tool set and techniques

- Able to design processes at both a conceptual and operational level

- Strong background in client advisory and problem solving, with demonstrable analytical skills

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

- Business Process modelling or similar certification (such as Six Sigma, Lean Management, Process re-engineering modelling)

- Experience in one or more of the following areas desired: Nostro Management, Liquidity, Reconciliations, Cash Management, Operations
