Business Analysts/Exp-3 to 4 yrs/Location - Bangalore

Description

- Understanding current business model and how it is implemented in salesforce.com

- Defining user requirements from functionality perspective and related use cases

- Processing enhancement requests and solutioning, configuring and implementing enhancement requests

- Documentation of processes, solutions and configuration of salesforce.com

- Testing and validation of proposed solutions

Requirements

- Good understanding of salesforce.com business processes and implementations

- Proven experience in SFDC implementations

- 3 to 4 years experience as Business Analyst working with SFDC

- Work with technical teams to transform and develop new requirements into design, implementation

- Good communication skills.
