IT Business Analyst/Program Manager - Manufacturing Firm

Our client is a large Manufacturing Organization and have offices across India and the globe.

They have a large IT / Systems group and are constantly looking to invest in new technologies and software practices to enhance productivity for the organization.

Towards that effort, they are looking to hire a Business Analyst / Program Manager who will help them in finding areas where software / automation can help them.

The major job responsibilities will be:

- Requirements analysis, BPR, Process Improvement, Solutioning

- Program management plan covering scope, schedule, resources, risks & governance

- Ensuring delivery of the Solutions

- Staying updated with latest IT advancements to automate systems

- Stakeholder meetings and Reporting

- Analysing Benefits of the software interventions and communicating the same

Ideal Candidate profile:

- BE + MBA

- 5+ years as a Business Analyst / Program Manager

- Managed Software Systems and Processes

- Good experience of BPR, Requirement Analysis

- Excellent experience of Creating Project Plans & Oversight of the same till delivery

- Reporting Progress & Benefits

- Knowledge of relevant tools to manage the processes
