IT Business Analyst - Pharma/Life Science - Freelance

We are looking for a Business Analyst for a period of minimum 3 Months extendable to 1 year on a contract for a US Based Client.

- People from Pharma / Life Sciences domain are preferred

- Should have thorough understanding of the domain

- Requirement Gathering - using business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.

- Should be capable of evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding.

- Proactively communicate and collaborate with the business to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver as needed such as Business Requirements Documents and Use Cases.

- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously

- Work independently with users to define concepts.

- Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

- Serves as the conduit between the internal customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow.

- Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally.

- 5+ years of relevant experience.
