IT Business Analyst - JD Edwards - Manufacturing Firm (8-9 yrs)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or Supply Chain Management
- 8+ years' experience business analysis experience in JD Edwards, with emphasis on functional analysis and process improvement
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with strong knowledge of the Manufacturing and Planning modules of JDE (Shop Floor, PDM, Material, Capacity Planning, Product Costing, etc.)
- Knowledge/experience in warranty handling/processing
- Salesforce knowledge/experience preferred
- Proven record of accomplishment in implementing change
- Strong data analysis skills including the ability to develop SQL queries as needed to support data collection
- High level of initiative and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize daily work load and work in a team environment
- Ability to work independently, identify priorities and work successfully with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to meet objectives by influencing and engaging others across multiple teams
- Quality and cost driven
