IT Business Analyst - Investment Banking Product/Solution

We are hiring for leading IT company with a focus on Banking domain.

BA Product Control - 3 Positons

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Business Analyst would need to work across different components of Ledger like Trading/General ledger, Journal rule engine, Static requirements, Reporting, Reconciliation etc.

- Required to understand Front Office to Back Office system architecture, data flow and feed requirements for Ledger posting.

- The BA will be required to liaise with relevant User Group i.e. Product Control/Finance Control in Japan and will also need to co-ordinate with Finance IT for solution development and functional testing.

- The role is very hands-on and requires good analytical skills, understanding of products & accounting knowledge. - Immediate deliverables will focus on requirements gathering & documentation, maintaining key project documentation (plans, action logs, RAID logs), analysis of strategic data sources and management of the regular testing cycles - Prior experience in Product Control projects or Ledger Implementation projects would be preferred

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

Exp - 5-8 years Proven track record in business analysis, including gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications and test scenarios

- Ability to translate and document business concepts and requirements - A sound understanding of the project life cycle -must have had experience working according to a project plan and delivering technology solutions

- Strong domain on lifecycle of Equity, Fixed Income, FX and OTC products. - Strong stakeholder management in order to drive the project forward and ensure milestones are met - Confident self-starter who can work under pressure, using their own initiative and with the drive to see tasks through to completion - Ability to work to aggressive deadlines - Excellent communicator and influencer, able to build relationships with colleagues at all levels from a range of departments, business areas and cultures - Initiative and ability to think laterally

- Very strong attention to detail - Experience working with colleagues across multiple regions
