IT Business Analyst - FX - Investment Bank

We are hiring IT Business analyst with expertise in Forex/ FX

Key Responsibilities : The Business Analyst will be responsible to:

- Develop a good understanding of the existing applications (functional) around FOREX business

- Aid in Carry out System Testing

- Provide L2/L3 Support for the business users located in Asia-Pacific and Europe regions

- Analyse the issues raised by the business in detail and provide a comprehensive solution

- Analyse new requirements/changes (functional and technical) and liase with appropriate team

- Manage stakeholder expectations through frequent communication and consultation

- Take part in user training or conduct user training for new developments

External Candidates - Qualifications / Technical knowledge & Experience required :

Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science preferred) from a reputed university. MBA would be an added advantage. Work experience should be 7+ years and out of that Business analysis experience should be 3+ years

Domain/Technical:

- Knowledge and/or experience of the financial services / Investment banking industry are a must.

- Preferred to have a prior experience in Forex activities and related area

- Good understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies

- Prior experience in analysis/testing/supporting applications in maintenance mode

- Technical competency in the following:

- Knowledge in RDBMS concepts, SQL and stored procedure

- Knowledge in Unix environment and shell commands
