Experienced Banking business analyst having experience in flexcube data system. In-depth knowledge of FCR module and related business processes.
Understanding of flexcube retail consisting of Loans, Deposits, CASA including OverDrafts. Fair knowledge about the tables involved. Understanding of full lifecycle of Loans and overdrafts end to end. Understanding of standard back reports. FCR module frontend knowledge is an added advantage.

1. Engaging in requirement discussion with bank - both IT and business groups
2. Understanding business requirements and driving functional requirements with an in-depth process and data understanding, business objective
3. Driving and guiding business on functional approach to solve business goal
4. Aligned to customer objective all the time
5. Data crunching to evaluate business process and coming up with anomalies
6. Risk identification at requirement phase and engaging customer in addressing them
7. Documenting unambiguous requirements and validation test cases
8. Ensuring traceability of requirements and validation
