IT Business Analyst - Axiom Regulatory Reporting - Investment Bank

We are hiring for Business Analyst - Axiom for a Top Global Investment Bank

Responsibilities:

Axiom BA responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following:

Transversal Responsibilities :

- Implement Regulatory Reporting processes

- Convert functional requirements / design to High / Low level technical designs

- Understand Functional documents

- Define business flows and architecture for regulatory reports for Axiom Software (Controller View)

- Liaise with Business users (Finance and FCOO), BA and Other IT stakeholders

- Escalate any issues in a timely matter

- Good leadership skills and ability to liaise/guide the development team

- Contribute on behalf of FinReg IT to any need of Reconciliation cross workstream (FinReg vs CCAR vs Risk vs Liquidity and Funding)

- Create test cases, perform SIT testing and support user acceptance testing

- Able to work on tight deadlines

- Contribute to all other IT items primarily coordinated by IT Transversal (Infrastructure, Security Access, Archiving...)

- Organize user Training and Testing phases

- Ale to organize processes and define run books

Qualifications:

- BA/MS degree in Business/Finance/Accounting

- Experience with regulatory reports

- 5-10 year experience in technology (preferably with a Bank/FBO)

- Recent experience with Regulatory Reporting projects

- Excellent knowledge of Axiom Software (Controller View) User experience would be helpful

- Experience with HP ALM preferable

- Experience in Data Warehousing projects preferable
