Attributes of incumbent

Top education credentials is must - Engineering from IIT/NIT and MBA from IIMs, FMS, XLRI or Graduation from top university with MBA from IIMs, FMS, XLRI. The role develop into pat of core leadership team of the company

Attribute of an entrepreneur wherein the person in keen on growing the business for the company while himself gaining financially linearly with the revenue that the person brings in with no upper cap on the commissions. A deal maker with very impressive professional record and personality

Great networking skills and experience of having dealt with CXO level people of American Corporations

Open to travel to US

Role & Responsibilities

1. Work with senior leadership team in designing the sales pitches, target clientele and go to market strategy

2. Represent the company in the forums and US market pitching the company's capabilities to the top management of American corporations

3. End to end deal execution from prospecting to negotiations and deal closure

4. Work with senior management in enhancing company's service offerings basis market feedback

5. Mentor junior sales managers as needed to bring in a result oriented culture in the Sales team
