ERP Manager and Supply Chain Analyst

- IT Analyst will be responsible for implementing supply chain modules of new ERP solution and support entire ERP Solution post implementation with help of support partner. This person will be also responsible for identifying , implementing and managing various solutions for Supply Chain area.

- In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential. If you also have hands-on experience with Infor ERP implementation projects, we'd like to meet you. Your goal will be to leverage tech solutions to meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

ERP Initiative:

- Implement Infor ERP in Supply chain area in coordination with implementation partner and business teams.

- Provide process and technical leadership during implementation.

- Post implementation, Manage the ERP solution for all modules with help of Key users, Support partner and Infor SAAS services.

- Monitor performance of support partner and work towards excellence in delivery of support services.

- Manage delivery new requirements and change requests in ERP for all functions in coordination with Business Analysts, business key users and support partner.

For Supply Chain:

- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements

- Develop and analyze functional specifications

- Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs in area of Supply Chain

- Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions

- Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams

- Gather feedback from end users about system performance

- Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations)

- Provide advice and technical training

- Keep abreast of technology trends and developments

Requirements and skills:

- Experience in implementing and managing ERP solution (Infor will be preferred)

- Proven experience as an IT Analyst or similar role

- Experience in project management and methodologies.

- Process driven approach

- Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting

- Understanding of business practices and ability to recommend technology platforms.

- Excellent communication skills

- Analytical mindset

- Problem-solving aptitude

Experience:

- 15 years of Experience out of which 5 years in working ERP solution.

- Experience in Infor ERP will be preferred.

Education:

- Post graduation in any discipline.

- Certifications in Supply chain area will be preferred.

- Certifications in ERP area will be added advantage.
