Job Description :

Internal Audit- Technology

- Conducted audits independently for key technologies to test controls for both Test of Design (ToD) and Operating Effectiveness (ToE).

- Responsible for entire audit lifecycle areas such as audit planning, preparation of Risk Control Matrix (RCM), testing controls, audit and issue rating, Control Effectiveness Scoring (CES), report issuance and tracking closures.

- Tested for IT processes such as Change Management, User Access Management (UAM), Process Control Review, System Security Controls, IT General Controls, Backup and Disaster Recovery management.

- Helped bank to Set up Audit Tool Pentana from Scratch and Set up SAS Visual Analytics Manage RBI Mandated Data center Concurrent Audits - Mentioning few of audits performed:

- Applications : Posidex, Treasury (Kondor Suite), Core Banking System (CBS), Wealth Management System Products: ATM Switch, Unified Payment Interface (UPI), Debit Card Management Infrastructure: Switches, Router, IGA (Identity and Governance Administration) Processes: Change Management, User Access Management (UAM), Business Continuity Management, Database Security Security Solutions: Firewall, ARCOS (PIM solution), MC Caf, SIEM , Email Security Concurrent Audits: Handling Bank Data Center Concurrent Audits as per RBI requirements Procurement Audit to identify the loopholes in Procurement.

Additional responsibilities :

- Meet Senior Auditees like CTO, CISO and COO for upcoming technologies in Bank and build the RBAP accordingly.

- If need be arranging a quick training on new technologies so that the audit can add value to bank

- Regulatory submissions related to technology Audits- RBI Tranche, RBI Quarterly Submission, RBI KRI Submissions.

- Responsible for conducting interviews and short-listing candidates and setting up Technology Audit team Develop an annual audit plan for Technology, Infrastructure, and IT Projects using input from the team and stakeholders to identify priorities and resource requirements for the year.

- Reviewing work-papers and audit reports of team members Managing Vendors for Internal Audit ( Co-sourcing, Technical Assessments) Independently managing Team of Auditors for all activities such as work allocation and administration.
