The incumbent will work closely with APAC and Group team and will also be responsible for Talent Management, Employee Engagement & Diversity & Inclusion portfolio and plays a critical role in partnering with leadership across the organization to drive business results. Responsibilities: Lead and execute the strategies for Employee and Leadership Development, Competency Development and Capability Building Programs, Employee Engagement, D&I and Talent Management. Align L&OD strategies to Business goals and integrate the same to entire Employee Lifecycle. Create a superior employee experience while executing various initiatives. Drive Digital enablement of all L&OD initiatives across the organization. - Create, lead and direct all aspects of the Learning and Organization Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and D&I strategies for the Organization - Design & plan annual budget for respective functions - Design, develop, and execute Organization's Leadership Development Program in accordance with Organization's established leadership expectations - Design and execute the executive development programs / Coaching initiatives for the Leadership team - Deliver state of the art employee development strategies, leveraging all learning methods and channels such as: digital learning, on the job development, and class room learning processes - Create Behavioral & Functional Competency Framework for the organization - Conduct organizational wide Training Need Analysis to identify, analyze and prioritize learning needs using methodologies like surveys, interviews, external benchmarking, etc. - Take ownership of independently executing learning programs (needs analysis, pre- program execution, technology management, program execution, post program engagement, training effectiveness measurement, quality and improvement initiatives) - Prepare and publish the Annual Learning Calendar based on the training need analysis and ensure seamless execution of the calendar for frontliners across India - Design, drive and continuously improve new hire orientation programs across business unit to ensure superior and seamless joining experience for employees - Manage formal and information communication of various L&OD interventions to drive awareness and adoption among employees and leaders - Work with external content providers, LMS providers to onboard, manage and troubleshoot services to support our initiatives. Work with the internal platforms team to represent needs of L&D function vis- a- vis platforms needed to support L&D needs - Monitor and establish metrics to ensure L&D efforts and results are efficiently and effectively meeting the business needs of the organization. Ensure achievement of promised effectiveness measures, business impact and employee experience of learning programs - Evaluate and communicate effectiveness of Training interventions at a reaction, learning and application level to keep stakeholders informed of investment and impact - Lead, design, coordinate, and execute training activities, providing a systematic approach to functional training and process improvement that produce a high performing workforce and supports the Organizations service and solution strategy - Ensure L&D is an effective partner for leaders in the administration of performance & people management strategies - Engage and collaborate with business leaders to address skills gaps, organizational transitions, and align training processes to business goals - Translate business strategy into cohesive enterprise learning agenda for individual contributors, teams, and all levels of leadership Desired Experience: - Education Qualification Any Graduates, MBA in HR preferred, relevant Certifications will be added advantage - Experience Minimum 8- 10 years of relevant experience, Matrix MNC organisation experience will be preferred - Strong fundamental understanding of L&D frameworks, principles, Knowledge of psychometric tools - End- to- end diagnostics of business- needs linked capability building interventions Program Management of learning journeys - Knowledge of various L&OD delivery channels across digital and face to face mediums (i.e. digital modules, scenario based learning, gamification, class room training, coaching etc.) - Know- how of industry best practices for all the functions Competencies Required: - Ability to solve problems through understanding of business priorities being able to link them to the design of the initiative - Influencing - Ability to work with a diverse team across zones and drive change through processes, capability building and communication - Able to work with multiple data inputs collectively and create point of view supported by facts in order to influence stakeholders - Strong communication, interpersonal skills - ability to drive consensus in decision making - Attention to detail - Sharp analytical capabilities, around - data interpretation, analyzing situations and driving actions most suited to achieve high impact outcomes - Strong presentation skills
