Isprava - Assistant/Manager - Marketing (5-15 yrs)
Purpose of the role - The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and directing all creative and marketing strategies of the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Marketing, PR & Reputation Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Staff Training Strategies of the organization
- Ensuring the growth of the brand, creating and maintaining a positive brand image, conceptualizing and executing innovative marketing and sales methods
- Conceptualizing and overseeing all Marketing strategies, online and offline
- Develop specific marketing strategies for each project
- Develop promotional strategies, including traditional outdoor, online, and breakaway platforms
- Responsible for all visual merchandising
- Develop and manage the official social networking platforms
- Developing strong relations with media representatives in various publications
- Ensuring accurate representation & adequate coverage for our brands in the media
- Ideating and executing partnerships with media publications
- Ensuring customer loyalty by making sure all their needs are met
- Building contacts and strong relations with clientele
- Expanding clientele through innovative strategies
- Creating customer experiences
- Ensure increased ROI on marketing spend
- Conducting brand, product, and merchandise training for all staff
- Creating, monitoring, and reporting on all marketing budget-related activities
- Reporting on all marketing activities to management every week
Skills Required :
- An in-depth understanding of design, copy and web best practices/guidelines
- Experience with a variety of software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, etc.
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
- Comfort interacting with clients and internal staff alike
- Strong persuasive skills
