Job Role Specification:

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Head who will be responsible for developing, implementing, executing and managing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive growth.

This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Should be a leader capable of managing the digital marketing team.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement brand strategies to position the company effectively in the market.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape.

- Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

- Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.

- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives.

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms, materials and websites.

- Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.

- Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, PPC).

- Oversee the development and distribution of high-quality content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, and email.

- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.

- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.

- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools).

- Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

- Work closely with sales and presales team to create marketing materials such as company deck, whiteboards, PPC ads, etc.


Experience : 10-15 years.
