Role : - New Store Launch-Planning for the Pre-launch activation - Identifying opportunities to drive membership inside store &amp; in the catchment, Vendor Management-closely coordinating with Vendor for timely execution - Campaign Management - Prepare and Review the annual marketing budget for the company - Ensure sales and customer acquisition targets / attract relevant footfalls - Create opportunities for additional revenues at store and online - Plan and execute the implementation of promotion and brand awareness activities - ATL / BTL / Digital - Increase brand loyalty for products - Liaison with the Ecommerce team to ensure perfect sync with the marketing calendar. - Monitor and leverage brand assets - tangible and intangible - Define and implement product specific brand management strategy - Conception, regular revision and on-time execution of the Annual Marketing Calendar in line with past performance and organization FY targets - Fact-based (research) adaptation of the brand and brand communication with regard to regional markets, customer split, store formats and internal and external developments - Supervision and organization of Brand events - Continuous communication with the VM department - Continuous coordination on store level (i.e. sales team ) - Promotion management (up-selling / cross-selling). Vendor development and sourcing for promotions - Targeting direct marketing campaigns- through CRM, Events Requirements : - MBA in marketing or strategy with 6+ yrs of work experience for the Luxury fashion/Retail brand. - Demonstrated experience in building brand strategies - Excellent interpersonal skills; outstanding in team work, ability to work successfully with teams across the organization - Superior verbal and written communications skills with attention-to-detail.
