ISF Industries - Manager - Finance

Education:

- Commerce or Maths or Arts Graduates with the following qualification and Experience

- M.com / MBA from recognized university / Premier Institutions - with 10- 15 years of post-qualification experience

or

- CMA /CA - Intermediate - with 8 - 10 years of post-qualification

or

- CMA /CA - Fully qualified with 6 and more years of experience

Other Essentials:

1. Person who has worked in manufacturing companies with 50 -100 crores turnover.

2. ON HAND EXPERIENCE in Tally ERP / other ERP and MS Office (Ms word, Ms Excel & Ms Power point)

3. Good communication skills in Tamil /English is a must. Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage

4. Able to coordinate with Other Activity heads and provide required inputs and receive necessary details

5. To work as a TEAM PLAYER

Work Experience required:

1. Independently finalize the financials within the stipulated time period.

2. To compile all statutory formalities as per the time norms.

3. MIS Reporting and providing suitable suggestions to the management

4. Working capital Management ( Debtors and Creditors management and reconciliations)

5. Prepare and monitor Budget and Budgetary controls with Variance analysis

6. Product-wise costing and cost controls with measures

Statutory compliance :

1. HR & ADMIN. : Maintenance of all records, books, payroll and filing of returns in time

2. Both Direct and Indirect taxes. Required experience in maintaining all records, books, and filing returns on time. To handle pending legal and statutory cases

3. Interaction with Banks on borrowings - Continuous supervision and timely arrangement of funds for operation, Meet Fixed and Variable costs.

4. Monitor and reduce borrowing costs

5. Coordination with Internal audit, Statutory audit and other external and internal agencies
