We are successfully running several technology solutions in partnership with banks, NBFCs, FI players, Corporate BCs. iServeU is proud to announce its integration with 9 major banks in India, 45000 + retailers, 10+ billion transactions processing per month , 500+ concurrent transactions per second. iServeU has witnessed rapid growth since inception.

Recently, BSE listed fintech company Niyogin Fintech Ltd., has acquired a 51% strategic stake in iServeU for Rs 592 million ($8 million) in a cash plus stock deal. Now, with entire infrastructure in place, the company is gearing up for the next phase of growth. The team is now working and focusing on enhancing its technology platform and building a stronger leadership team.

Work Activities:

The ideal candidate is an analytical and collaborative team player who will be responsible for supporting a team of high performing individuals who own the entire strategy lifecycle from ideation to execution. You will also work cross-functionally to complete strategy roadmaps, monitor execution and discover new opportunities.

The Strategy team at ISERVEU Technology also drives key initiatives including expanding our financial partner network, driving commercial outcomes and securing strategic partnerships. Unlike a typical corporate strategy function, this team is responsible not just for scoping initiatives, but also for executing them.

Responsibilities:

- Support strategy team in business strategy at an organization level and support the execution across various functions

- Create business models and analyze competitive landscape across each of our operating segments

- Research global landscape, new business models and do competitive benchmarking

- M&A evaluation, execution and integration

- Work on specific project execution and co-ordinate with various functions

- Prepare strategy notes as well as stakeholder presentations

Qualifications:

- A graduate with an engineering degree from premier school and/or an MBA from reputed institute.

- Strong mathematical and analytical skills

- Ability to understand new business models and identify key drivers

- Good understanding of technology processes

- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

- Financial modelling skills will be an added advantage

- Experience working in strategy role or institutional equity research.
