ISDA Negotiator - LLB Looking for Strong Negotiator for ISDA Documents. Role: - The role will have primary responsibility for preparing issuance documentation for Delta One access products and other structured notes, warrants and certificates issued by various Citigroup issuance entities. Responsibility will also involve liaising with law firm(s) and different internal functions (including Business, Treasury and Operations) to finalise documentation, and assisting with the automation of the preparation of issuance documentation. Primary Responsibilities: - Business Support: Preparing Issuance drafts, reviewing ancillary documents, drafting response to internal functional teams, preparing summary memos for explanation on Amendments. Preparing execution copies and final documentation - Internal Documents Discrepancy Management: Candidate would be responsible for managing and updating internal documentation system which are consumed and used by other parallel departments like Sales and Operations, Research and resolve documents discrepancies through proactive communication with internal partners. Ensure accuracy and completeness of Internal Documentation prepared and executed - Management reporting: The role involves running and managing different management reports and other supplementary documents for Issuance like Board Minutes, Quarterly reports, Amendment Notices, Corporate Action Notices etc. - Candidates should be familiar with derivatives and structured products structures in general (such as equity linked notes, reverse convertibles, range accruals, knock-in/knock out features, etc.) and note issuance programme documentation generally. Candidates with general ISDA confirmation experience will also be considered
