ISB - Senior Manager - Marketing & Business Development - PGPMAX/PGPMFAB Programmes (9-12 yrs)

PGPMAX and MFAB programmes are two prestigious offerings of the School, catering to two distinct segments - Senior Executives and Next Gen. of Family Businesses.

The incumbent is responsible for driving marketing and business development for both PGPMAX and MFAB. Marketing and BD to individuals and Corporates for PGPMAX and individuals and BD to family businesses owners and their associated business/industry forums.

The incumbent will primarily be responsible for below activities for both PGPMAX and MFAB:

- Engage with corporates (BD + sales) for PGPMAX through business development effort to increase corporate sponsored candidates to the program

- Engage with Business clusters and Industry associations such as YI, CII, FICCI, YEO, YPO and Chambers of Commerce to market the MFAB program (BD + sales)

- Conduct info-sessions with the above segments as well as for the individual segment

- Engage with Corporates to market PGP's CLIP program as well

The applicants to PGPMAX program are senior industry leaders, including CXO-level executives and the incumbent needs to have the necessary gravitas/experience to engage with them in a conversation and play the role of mentor to help them through their decision making process.

The target segment of the MFAB program is well spread out throughout India, including Tier-2 cities. The incumbent is expected to develop relations with industry associations and community associations to ensure the information regarding the program reaches the right audience. S/he also needs to understand the nuances of family businesses and their particular needs.

In addition, the incumbent will also be responsible for lead conversion. As PGPMAX and MFAB programs are - sold- than - bought-, the incumbent is expected to meet potential applicants (leads) either in groups or one-one on basis to communicate the value proposition of the programmes address their concerns and counsel them to help in lead conversion.

The incumbent also needs to contribute to the entire application process so that the target number of quality applications are met, are submitted on time and applicants get the necessary support.

S/he needs to be aware of other competitive offerings in the market, both domestic and foreign, and suggest changes to the strategy as and when required, including changes in the programme to maintain ISB's competitive edge.

The incumbent should be collaborative in his or her approach and committed towards working with PGP admissions, CEE and other teams in delivering the expected results. This role requires extensive travel and work on weekends.
