IRIS is looking to onboard a HR professional with 10+ years of experience and subject matter expertise in managing all aspects of the Performance Management lifecycle. The responsibilities for this role are divided into 2 high level categories: 1) Performance Management: - Organization level Goal setting: - Deploy the goal setting process for the organization. Ensure - right- cascading of management goals to function, leadership and team level goals. - Make continuous updates (as required) to role level goals / metrics &amp; templates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the metric. - Continuous Performance Management: - Deploy an organization level periodic feedback process which will enable a formal performance tracking &amp; conversations between manager and reportee - Ensure availability of all data / information required for monthly tracking of performance across different levels in the company - Create and anchor workshops to train managers on conducting effective feedback sessions - Performance appraisals and assessments: - Anchor the annual appraisal process - Ensure system, data, stakeholder readiness for completion of the process - Performance Improvement - Create and deploy a Performance improvement plan which will help managers to identify low performers, provide focused attention to required areas and help them improve 2) Organizational Development Initiatives: - Creation and deployment of High Potential framework: - Identify high potential and critical talent across the organization through performance - potential assessment and inputs from business leaders based on project level criticality - Create a formal platform for engagement, mentoring and identifying succession plans for these individuals and their roles - Career Management - Articulate and communicate the career framework, levers for career development and career paths in the organization - Administer the promotion process in the organization by ensuring the right recommendations, assessments and communication The prospective role holder should be: - A postgraduate in HR with interest and specialization in Organization Development - 10+ years of comprehensive exposure in designing and implementing interventions in the area of Performance Management, Leadership Development - Has the ability to understand all the nuances of IT Services business, project &amp; delivery management - Extrovert and can connect and build professional relationships across levels - Excellent communicator, spoken and written.
