Show deep knowledge in and deploy collaboration communication and training enablers in the leadership strategy.

- Partner with appropriate groups on effective implementation of Leadership Development Programs

- Build the Leadership development agenda by carrying out in-depth needs assessment and execute appropriate developmental solutions and ensuring all solutions are linked with the business strategy with a clear impact on the performance.

- Program design should include experiential learning, action learning experiences and other program needs that tightly manage the career growth for targeted leaders

- Engaging key stakeholders in the program design and focus; managing launch metrics and modifications needed to address changing business needs overtime

- Competency assessment at all levels.

- Designing the competency framework at all levels. Selecting and management of assessment process or tools and analysing results to determine development needs and gaps to be addressed to meet business objectives

- Management of Training Partner relationships. Vendors Identification of key training partners, vendors universities etc. to assist with program design and delivery.

- Managing of all aspects of the training partner relationships including RFPs, vendor selection, vendor management, program design and program evaluation.

- Engaging with Senior Leaders or stakeholders: Proactively work with key stakeholder in the business to shape the LD agenda and take the lead to identify appropriate learning and development responses to support change improve business performance and develop talent - Project Management

- Utilize program and project management skills to plan track and execute Leadership Development programs meeting all scope, time and budget commitments.

- Evaluation and metrics - Establish and execute rigorous evaluation methodology to capture high impact learning activities and ensure effective reporting to key stakeholders of the relevant results

- Manage the LD budget on the basis of business plans and goals and overall strategy for the organization

- Design and execute initiatives to create a culture of learning across the business functions - initiatives like Executive Coaching or Virtual sessions etc. Design a blended learning solution which includes coaching classroom training experienced incumbents when necessary - Proven ability to collaborate with multiple groups coordinate resources to achieve results
