Responsibilities and activities:
- Develop and streamline business content for stakeholder executive reporting, leverage technology and tools to analyze and enable reporting
- Deliver senior management reporting aligned with organization's strategy and objectives
- Manage financial deliverables
- Drive productivity/improvement initiatives in partnership with the BU leadership
- Design new project governance and stakeholder mappings for key priorities;
- Liaise with other parts of the organization (e.g. TAG, WFM, HR, Sales, and Management) and serve as executive communications and reporting lead on strategy development
- Responsible for administrative and program activities of the business unit
- Create and oversee both established governance programs, as well as ad hoc projects
- Drive leadership meeting structure to support strategic and transformative initiatives; make recommendations for achieving the desired impact;

- Strong analytical skills, creative problem solving, with the ability to think, plan, and execute multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously
- Demonstrate ability to work calmly and collaboratively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, maintaining good judgment and the ability to escalate as required.
