Our production facility in Udaipur is spread over a million sq. ft. (10,00,000 sq. ft.) and houses a highly
skilled team of 5000+ workers and craftsmen, with state-of-the-art machines for panel processing, solid
woodworking, surface finishing, metal fabrication, PVD Coating and upholstery. Specialized software aids the engineering and production, making our entire manufacturing seamless from start to finish. With a dedicated handicraft division (working with metal, wood, and stone) and LED unit, we are a one-stop solution providing end to end interior solutions. We have serviced some of the finest brands in the hospitality industry such as IHG, IHCL, Wyndham, Accor, Hilton Worldwide, Hyatt, and Marriott, & many more.

What will you Own

As a Regional Business Head, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the team, increasing
work efficiencies, and ensuring excellent and timely coordination between the USA and India office.

You will closely work with

- Sales & Marketing team based in the USA.

- Production team for order coordination

- Product Development Team

- QC and logistics department

What defines you Best

- MBA graduate with Sales and Marketing background. Engineering degree would be an added advantage.

- 5 to 7 years of work exp., preferably sales experience with an overall understanding of marketing, inclusive of budgeting, revenue and hiring.

- Sales or Account Management leadership roles in start-ups or L-1 roles in Sales or Account Management in mid- sized companies

Skills

- Ownership and strength on SOPs

- Analytical bent of mind for data management

- Strong leadership skills

- Strong research, planning, organizing, and networking skills.

How will you spend your time at I.EVO

Capacity building :

- Team building, mentoring and work planning for engineers and production team.

- Customer coordination with prompt communication.

- Development and execution of strategies to reach revenue and customer acquisition objectives.

- Plan and manage sales & marketing budgets to achieve desired profitability levels.

- Define and implement processes which accelerate growth and scaling.

Product development and R&D :

- Provide strategic inputs on product road map development and R&D initiatives which align with market and customer needs.

- Ensuring quality standards are met and maintained in model samples as well as bulk productions.

Execution of Business Plan :

- Make estimated quotes of new and proposed project costs.

- Implement appropriate operational strategies to meet the daily / weekly and monthly delivery plans.

- Achieve the quality requirement / standards agreed with the customer; closely review the internal quality and supplier quality and improve the standards constantly.

- Responsiveness to customer quality requirements, system implementation and sustainable practices for achieving customer PPM.

- Regular review of capacity planning and facility requirements to meet the current and future business requirements of customers.

- Maintaining expense database.

- Maintaining operational efficiency.
