Quantitative Analyst - Derivatives - HFT

iRageCapital Advisory Private Limited is currently looking to recruit 2 derivatives quantitative analysts / associates. The location for this profile is Mumbai and will involve designing algorithmic & high-frequency trading/execution strategies for the option derivatives segment of the Indian market. Apart from building new strategies, the job will involve improving the efficiency of deployed strategies, as well as enhancing trading tools and trading platforms.

Skills attributes sought:

- Basic awareness of financial markets and fundamentals

- Strong logical & quantitative aptitude

- Strong educational background with a focus on finance

- Experience of working with analytical tools like R, python, etc

- Prior experience of trading is an advantage but not necessary

- Previous experience with algorithmic trading platforms is an advantage but not necessary

- UNIX / Linux Scripting experience is desirable but not necessary

The job might involve working under tight deadlines and pressure situations arising out of the need to stay ahead of competing algorithms in the market. Remuneration will be competitively high, based on relevant prior experience and aptitude.
