The Sr. Consultant will be a key member of the Public Health (PH) team. He/she will be mainly responsible for implementation and delivery of the PH projects to the highest quality in the Middle East as allocated by the designated Principal. The specific responsibilities are to: - Manage project delivery as per agreed quality and timelines - Manage project teams - Client management - Support in pre-sales work including developing content for concept notes and technical proposals Necessary skills : 1. Knowledge of global health issues and public health ecosystem in Middle East 2. Experience in working for mass health insurance schemes (preferably RSBY or PMJAY in India) 3. Project Management 4. Participation in client engagements - Client communication and coordination 5. Ability to work with external partners, Subject Matter Experts and vendors 6. Experience in Research and Analysis, including qualitative and basic quantitative analysis 7. Expertise in preparing PowerPoint slides Word documents and storyboarding 8. Technical writing skills 9. Expertise in writing and reviewing public health and health insurance proposals 10. Good problem-solving abilities Key Selection Criteria as follows :- Communication : - Sound verbal and written communications that is culturally appropriate to Middle East - Expertise with both spoken and written Arabic - Expertise with technical writing such as reports, concept notes, and proposals in Arabic Language : - Arabic and English - fluency in both languages Flexibility and availability - Ability to align and coordinate with a team from diverse cultural background in multiple geographies Computer skills : - Expertise with MS Office package - Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Proven typing speed and ability to use both English and Arabic keyboard Previous work experience : - Working for 7-10 years in a Multilateral donor, NGO or Consulting organization focusing on government projects on public health, health economics, health financing or health insurance Qualification : - Master of Business Administration, Public Health, Health Financing, Health Economics, Health Policy Open to travel - Should be open to traveling and working at client sites in Saudi Arabia and UAE as and when required consecutively for a period of 3-4 weeks
