Responsibilities:
- Engage with hiring managers and stakeholders, understand the hiring need, plan hiring events
- Target, Identify, establish and nurture relationships with passive talents, leveraging innovative methods, including advanced internet searches, networking (social & traditional), social media, and professional organizations to cater to the talent needs
- Research and discuss with hiring managers and project team members to identify short falls in the previous recruitment cycle and carve out the ideal candidate scenarios
- Work independently with minimum to no-direction, particularly in screening candidates
- Source relevant profiles from job boards, should have knowledge on using the job boards effectively
- Build additional candidate pipeline through targeted advertising, employee referrals, networking, and recruitment events
- Understand the talent market and use creative solutions to attract amazing talent to help us achieve shorter candidates hiring timeframe.
Required Skills:
- Candidate with 2 - 5 years of experience as a recruiter from a well reputed organization
- Must have an understanding of Pharma/Healthcare, specifically data & analytics positions, please refrain from applying if you do not have this experience
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
- Confident interacting and partnering with all levels of leadership
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (phone, in-person, and email)
- Exceptional time management; proactive with a strong sense of urgency
