IQVIA hiring for Business Analyst with experience in DWH and MDM projects

- Business Analyst to work with multiple teams for requirements gathering and elicitation.

- Good communication skill to interact with clients and stakeholders with a responsibility to document requirements.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Act as SPOC for business requirements and represents the end user in the development process

- Performs requirements analysis, gap analysis, and other related tasks as directed

- Write clear, complete functional and system use cases for business requirements.

- Work cross functionally with internal project teams and Customers (as need be) to ensure all business needs are met, stakeholders are kept informed on latest status updates and new system changes and build and maintain relationships

- Engage business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their needs.

- Liaise with technology teams to ensure business requirements are met well during solutions design, development and testing lead the testing effort through test case articulation

- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support implementation and post go-live issue resolution

- Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders

- Assess change-proposals and define solutions to help the project team achieve its goals

- Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change

- Work with the development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.

- Work with training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.

- Domain Knowledge: Pharma domain preferred

- 6 to 8 years relevant experience in DWH and MDM projects

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of proper requirements specification and development, such as process/functional requirements definition methods, use case development, process flow diagrams

- Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies

Soft Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proven ability to work productively with minimal supervision

- Team-orientated and work in collaboration with onshore and offshore teams

- Should be proactive with a zeal to learn and have an inquisitive attitude
