IQUANTI (www.iquanti.com) has an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Analyst (Analytics).

Job Description : Senior Analyst (Analytics)

DESIRED EXPERIENCE :

1. At least 2-4 years of experience in analytics, customer insights or digital marketing roles

2. Prior experience of working in external client project delivery roles will be preferred

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

- Bachelors degree/PG in quantitative disciplines such as Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, etc.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :

Technical Knowledge :

1. Strong knowledge of digital marketing and web and mobile engines

2. Ability to understand data, do research and fix issues. Be hands on with working on large datasets

3. Strong foundational knowledge of web analytics platform suites such as those of Adobe analytics, Google Analytics, etc.

5. Advanced experience with MS-Excel is a must

7. Expertise in application of analytics (applied statistics / quantitative methods) for solving business problems is preferred

8. Competency in standard data mining and customer segmentation techniques is also preferred (e.g. decision trees, clustering, neural networks, etc.)

9. Advanced understanding of web tracking data and related technologies (Java, HTML)

10. Proficiency in data mining techniques using SQL, R, SAS would be preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Strategic :

1. Marketing Insights: Provide actionable insights to clients to guide the evolution and progress of their digital marketing programs. Maintain an awareness of competitive information and key industry trends to provide context for branded website performance

2. Technical Expertise: Ability to translate business requirements into technical documents like dashboards, reports using Adobe analytics/Google Analytics. Demonstrate expertise in data mining, analysis and insight generation to enable data driven decision making and data visualisation

3. Client Goal Delivery: Play a role in executing the progress of client programs in achieving their marketing goals by ensuring best practices in metrics and decision making are being followed

4. Framework Application: Actively participate in implementing the frameworks for client solutions and provide inputs to improve the frameworks

Operational :

1. Analysis and Insights: Create analytical solutions using Adobe analytics /Google Analytics to understand business strategy and proactively drive comprehensive audits and analysis on web data to deliver insightful deliverables (dashboards, reports, deep analysis, etc.) that can bring a positive impact to the client business.

2. Project Delivery: Execute assigned tasks to achieve results for clients from their digital marketing programs ensuring the deadlines are met.

3. Quality Assurance: Ensure error free delivery in all deliverables from a data and logic perspective
