ABOUT ALPS:

ALPS is a powerful SAAS based Enterprise SEO platform for enterprises to manage strategic SEO planning, optimization, and reporting. ALPS is powered by a robust and proprietary algorithm that tracks multiple variables that impact search engine rankings. It provides a multi-dimensional approach to prioritization of themes and keywords. The platform can provide detailed analysis on the extent of gap with top ranking pages, a breakdown of factors contributing to the ranking gap and recommendations on what specific steps need to be taken. ALPS also provides real time simulation and can predict potential impact to a website/page based on planned changes.

ROLE:


ALPS has an immediate opening for a Global Account Executive to join our growing team and play an important role working with the VP of Sales in growing ALPS revenue. RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Global Account Executive, you will be a key member of the ALPS Sales team, responsible for generating new business by helping prospective clients understand the measurable impact ALPS will have on their business.

As an ALPS Global Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and establish new sales opportunities with qualified prospects and drive the sales process to a logical conclusion. To be successful, you will:

Sales Pipeline

- Cultivate your territory to identify qualified prospects that meet our ideal customer profile.

- Actively conduct cold outreach and nurture campaigns to multiple contacts within qualified prospects, effectively using all channels (email, phone, social networks, etc.).

- Qualify new inbound leads from various resources including our tele-sales partner, referral channel, partnerships, networking programs, meetings, conferences and other lead gen channels.

- Establish and maintain a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities with the goal to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Consultative Sales

- Use consultative sales methods to discover prospect needs and position ALPS appropriately.

- Execute on the full sales cycle from discovering needs to presenting and proposing solutions and negotiating terms.

- Leverage appropriate members of the iQuanti team throughout the sales cycle to maximize the team's chances of winning an opportunity.

- Become proficient in communicating ALPS- unique value proposition in relation to competitors and proactively suggest improvements to make yourself and the team more effective.

- Deliver prospect feedback to senior management, product, marketing, and customer success teams in an effort to adjust go-to-market strategy when necessary

- Travel (post Covid) for F2F meetings within your sales territory will be required.

Sales Operations

- Consistently track, manage, and report on all sales activities in a timely manner within SFDC, our system of record.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and projections to senior management for financial planning purposes.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

- Between 3-6 years of quota-carrying experience SaaS solutions to digital marketing departments within net new prospects.

- A strong track record of generating new business and meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- A demonstrable command of consultative selling skills and an ability to manage complex sales cycles end-to-end.

- High emotional intelligence and the ability to appeal to the varying needs of multiple stakeholders in the sales process.

- Experience conducting cold outreach and nurture campaigns to build a sustainable pipeline.

- Proven ability to accurately represent deal stages and accurately forecast revenue.

- Well-versed in using SFDC to track, manage and report on sales activity.

- Experience selling digital marketing channels (e.g. SEO, etc.) and/or experience selling quantitative services or technologies - a plus, not a requirement.

- Entrepreneurial self-starter who can work independently and thrives in the dynamic, fast-paced world of a start-up.

- An active listener and honest communicator passionate about continuous improvement.

- A goal-oriented planner with exceptional written and oral communication skills.

- A high-energy, team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for winning.
