IQAnalytics Business Services - Team Leader - Collection

We are looking for a driven and experienced Collection Team Leader to join our growing team in Navi Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of collection agents, ensuring timely follow-ups and recoveries, and driving performance in line with business objectives.

The candidate must be DRA certified and have proven, on-paper experience as a Team Leader in collections.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of collection agents to meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.

- Regularly review team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans where needed.

- Coach team members on collection techniques, compliance, and soft skills to improve overall performance.

- Maintain accurate records and generate regular MIS reports on collection activities, team performance, and recovery status.

- Ensure all collection activities adhere to regulatory guidelines, company policies, and industry standards.

- Resolve escalated cases, customer complaints, and high-risk accounts with professionalism and efficiency.

- Interact with clients (internal or external) for reporting, updates, and feedback on portfolio performance.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, with at least 1 year as an on-paper Team Leader.

- Must be DRA Certified (Debt Recovery Agent certification as per RBI guidelines).

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Result-oriented approach with a focus on meeting targets.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting tools.

- High level of integrity, customer-centric approach, and ability to work under pressure
