We are seeking an energetic and target-oriented Sales Team Lead to manage a dynamic team of sales professionals.

This role requires a combination of leadership, analytical thinking, and strong communication to drive conversions and customer satisfaction.

The Sales Team Lead will be directly responsible for achieving revenue goals while nurturing a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 1520 sales executives, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet monthly and quarterly goals.

- Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews, and regular coaching to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.

- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Ensure the team delivers a high-quality customer experience and adheres to defined sales processes and compliance standards.

- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to optimize customer journey and improve conversions.

- Facilitate ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge, objection handling, and closing skills.

- Handle customer escalations with professionalism, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.

- Ensure timely and accurate CRM updates and reporting for transparency and performance tracking.

Candidate Requirements:

- 3-5 years of total sales experience, with at least 12 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.

- B2C sales background preferred; experience in matchmaking, e-commerce, subscriptions, or similar industries is a strong plus.

- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team to exceed performance targets.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution.

- Comfortable with data, KPIs, and sales dashboards; experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is preferred.

- High commitment to delivering value and satisfaction to customers
