Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead at IQ BackOffice in Chennai.

- The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of accounting professionals, ensuring quality and efficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation, and payroll processes.

- The Team Lead will collaborate with clients to drive process enhancements, improve financial controls, and facilitate informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation, and payroll processes.

- Leadership and team management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Knowledge of financial best practices and standards.

- Bachelor's /Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
