We are looking to hire L&D (Learning & Development), Consultant specialist in managing the training deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the various training requirements across the Org.
- To be able to plan and manage training delivery.
- Should understand the business plans and suggest L&D programmes accordingly.
- Should be able to work with the leadership team across.
- Should be able to come up with different approaches and tactics in training
- Should be able to delegate the tasks across org and vendors (trainers)
- Should be able to understand the client demand.
- Passion to bring about a change/transformation.
- Fair understanding of training budget and utilization
- Should be able to plan and create the training programs align to meet the growing org. demand.
Skills/Experience Required :
- Proficient in English - Read, Write, Speak, Listen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with Education Psychology
- Should have planning and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work in a young growing company environment
