Purpose of the position: - Lead, DIS Offshore Operations, is responsible for administration, deployment and production support of Data Integration Solutions for enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities of the position: - Lead Operations for EAI, ETL, API Management and iPaaS, solutions that are sustainable in the long term and SOX compliant - This includes Administration, Deployment, Monitoring and Support - Responsible for proper administration of shared components/services built to support DIS solutions - Instructs, assigns, directs, and reviews the service produced by DIS offshore operations team members working with DIS Operations Manager - DR and database backup jobs planning and testing - Provide regular status reports to clients summarizing the overall operations status - Ensure DIS solutions are properly configured - Responsible for installation and configuration of various software used for DIS solutions - Provide 24x5 support and monitoring services - Ensure SOX compliance of all DIS solutions - Streamline and automate the deployment process - Provide support during Functional Unit Testing, Integration Testing and UAT - Provide post-production support and on-going maintenance - Ensure proper transition of new/changed functionality from DIS development team to the support team - Identify and fine tune performance bottlenecks, as well as monitor and identify throttling scenarios - Work with DIS customers for system outages, follow up on escalated production incidents etc. - Effectively communicate issues, risks and challenges in a timely manner to DIS Operations Manager - Maintain environment uptime by monitoring exceptions and resolving issues - Coordinate with DIS Development team for issues requiring in depth code debugging - Ensure the Job schedules are accurately executing and meeting expectations - Provide necessary support complying with the SLA/OLA commitments and security commitments - Ensure that the environment is being effectively monitored using BizTalk 360, SolarWinds and OpenView - The environments need to be continuously monitored without relying solely on the automated alerts. As and when exceptions/gaps are identified, need to work on getting the alerts setup - Responsible for the configuration of proactive alerts that are customized per interface to effectively identify issues upfront - Act as first point of support for any DIS related issues or requests - Provide necessary support during monthly data center maintenance weekend - Coordinate with DBA team for any database related jobs and Control-M team for any scheduled jobs - Keep all related support documentation (ex: landscape diagrams, interfaces inventory, interface specific playbooks etc.) updated. Ensure documentation for Production Turnover is complete and accurate - Publish and review support metrics with DIS customer base on a regular basis - Diligently follow deployment checklist to minimize the deployment related issues Education and Experience Required: - This position requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences with over 7 years of related experience. Master's degree is desirable. Skills Required: - Knowledge and implementation of data integration solutions using a formal SDLC methodology - Experience in Microsoft Biztalk Server 2020 - Experience in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) - Experience in C#, .NET, XML, XSLT, WebServices, WCF, TFS, Azure DevOps, Sharepoint, SQL Server, Oracle, Power Shell - Experience with BizTalk Server Administration - Experience in SAP Cloud Platform - API Management or similar product - Experience in SAP Cloud Platform - iPaaS or similar product - Integration experience with SAP and Peoplesoft - Experience with BizTalk 360, HP Openview and Solarwinds - Experience with Control-M and Remedy - Understanding of hardware and networking concepts - Debugging and Troubleshooting Skills - Analytical skills
