IPE Global - Manager - Loan Structuring (8-12 yrs)
- Coordinate with financial institutions to enhance use of existing credit guarantees and support in structuring newer facilities
- Structure results-based financing instruments to pay for services provided by hospitals and clinics.
- Facilitate access to loan portfolio guarantees with private banks, including USAIDs existing portfolio guarantee with IndusInd Bank
- Structure loan and financing instruments for prospective agencies
- Working with financial institutions to underwrite, structure and document quality loans per bank policy, and to assist them in offering appropriate innovative models in line with pooled fund mechanism.
- Designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the facility, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the facility when risks occur
- Performing a risk assessment: Analysing current risks and identifying potential risks that can affect the facility and its recipients
- Establishing the level of risk the facility is willing to take and ensure transactions are in line with risk profiling
