IPE Global - Manager - Loan Origination

- Create a Loan Origination strategy document that includes Origination sources, channels, approach plan, potential partners with targets, activities and timelines.

- Develop a deeper understanding of Capital access difficulties faced by various constituents in the Healthcare delivery chain.

- Establish and develop a strong relationship with all potential Loan origination sources viz Healthcare Incubators, Impact Investment Funds, PE/VC Firms, Central & State Govt sponsored incubators, SIDBI and MSME financing teams of Banks etc, Healthcare Development partners and aid agencies etc

- Innate ability to spot the opportunity for the Blended Finance facility based on primary level information presented.

- Good knowledge of blended finance instruments and identify the initial fit and potential at the origination level.

- Position BFF as a solution provider well to generate curiosity and positive interest among all potential investees, origination points and stakeholders.

- Develop a pipeline of potential recipients (Manufacturers, innovators, healthcare facilities, training and capacity building organizations)

- Source a pipeline of grantees and borrowers, assess their requirements, undertake due diligence and ensure timely and effective mobilization of resources.

- Responsible for supporting a portfolio of business and aggressively soliciting and servicing prospective and current recipients to produce a variety of commercial loans, as well as generating and managing a portfolio of non-loan business and/or corresponding relationships.

- Develop and understanding and operate within overall risk management process for the facility, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the facility when risks occur

- Performing a first level of risk assessment: Analysing current risks and identifying potential risks that can affect the facility and its recipients
