Skill Set and Job Description

Performance Management System :

- Improvisation, implementation, training, and completion of appraisal process within timelines

- Analysis of complete performance management and recommending changes Compensation Benchmarking

- Analysing salary trends within the organization and benchmarking with competition

- Relook at the incentive programs

HR Surveys :

- Design questionnaires

- Review and design strategies to solve the gaps and recommend solution

Reward and Recognition:

- Design and implement policies around Reward and Recognition

- Conducting yearly surveys and forming work groups especially related to HR

- Conducting events for recognizing the winners

Learning & Development :

- Designing Training Calendar

- Identifying external and internal trainers

- Assisting HR Business Partners in identifying relevant training programs

- Feedback and Evaluation of trainers and the programs

Employee Engagement :

- Design Engagement Calendar

- Conducting activities throughout the year

Qualification & Experience

Requirements :

- Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources from reputed institutes with 8 - 12 years of relevant experience

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, while remaining proactive and flexible in style

- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with clients and HR colleagues

- Ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management

- Excellent communication skills: able to clearly communicate complex information verbally and in writing

Essential Skills :

- Good IT skills, and self-reliance in developing and formatting documents

- Capable of taking initiatives on their own with minimum level of supervision

- Result oriented approach to work

- Strong written, verbal, presentation & persuasion skills required

- Open to working in multi-cultural environments and effectively in small and large teams.
