Core Operations :
a. Office Management : Overseeing end-to-end functioning of the workspace, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, looking after infrastructure and supplies, maintaining staff and security, executing office events and activities
b. Logistics : Regulating employee-oriented services of transport and hospitality for the employee workforce
c. Campaign Management : Undertaking proper execution of operational projects, indoor and outdoor events, state-wide outreach campaigns, merchandising, vendor management, warehousing and labour management, branding activities
Partnerships :
a. Undertaking third-party collaborations with established brands to meet I-PAC's pan-India commercial requirements
b. Building stakeholder relationships to ensure value addition in mutual association
c. Conducting extensive market studies and bringing innovations that provide large-scale solutions
Monitoring & Analysis :
a. Thorough knowledge of Management Information System and data management
b. Ensuring optimum utilisation of resources and efficient Task Management
c. Specialised skills in data analysis, dashboard creation and report-making
d. Adept at usage of business measuring tools and enhancing ROI
