Job Responsibility -&nbsp; - Provide support to the Contract shared service team. - Responsible for tracking and monitoring contract changes, deliverables, correspondence and risks, and maintain associated documentation - Provide contract and subcontract compliance support mainly in areas of IP and licensing - Identify contact management issues and propose solutions for approval Qualifications -&nbsp; - LLB with 3-5 years relevant experience - Experience with International firms and cross-industry experience are strong plus - Working knowledge of contracting practices in North America, EMEA, APAZ, and India - Proficiency using the Microsoft tools - Able to travel - occasional trips with India &amp; overseas as required
