Senior Manager - Marketing - Agricultural Equipment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop consumer focused marketing, identify product specific markets, develop market.
2. Make promotion strategy for all marketing department verticals including ATL, BTL and others.
3. Identify and pitch to key distribution channels. Help sales in developing retail channel.
4. Identify and apply the right marketing media for focused "consumer, distribution channel, markets".
5. Prepare and manage annual budgets for marketing vertical and get it implemented.
6. Set, monitor, and report on team goals. Implement CRM for performance monitoring.
7. Ensure the various ATL activities such as Digital Marketing, Public Relations, content creation using inhouse resources and external resources.
8. Make a strategic plan for retail segment, this need to be inclusive plan including Sales partners and Own team. It shall help Sales and Marketing Head to deliver sales target as per the business plan.
9. Develop a strong brand equity of company and its products. Get company the required Mind share in market.
10. Building a strong database. Mentor Data analytics team and bring out actionable points followed by MIS.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. MBA in Marketing from reputed Institute (preferably IIM or Tier-1 Colleges).
2. Should have spearheaded Marketing vertical in Agriculture industry for at least 5 years.
3. Strong knowledge of Agriculture industry, rural market, distribution development in Agri.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
5. Computer literacy and good organizational skills.
6. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
7. The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
8. Experience of handling a team size of 5-10 employees.
