IoTechWorld Avigation - Head - Sales (12-18 yrs)
1. Responsible for achieving sales and commercial targets on a year-to-year basis.
2. Designing and implementing effective sales & marketing strategies.
3. Strong customer orientation, understanding customers psychology, buying behaviour and tailoring sales strategies accordingly.
4. Establishing and maintaining best in class sales channel and after sales services towards customers delight. Initial focus in India and thereafter expanding to other relevant markets overseas. Develop and expand Dealer network.
5. Building and maintaining a high-performance sales team with appropriate and effective training and sales incentive programs. Good people development skills.
6. Ability to pick up developing market trends, competitor activities and bringing this knowledge regularly to the leadership team to help make product upgrades and tailor our sales strategies to maintain our leadership position.
7. Identifying new customer segments and sales opportunities with corporates and other institutional customer like; - Sugar mills, Organised FPO's, State government departments etc.
8. As the member of the leadership team contribute to the overall growth and success of the company, Guide "service after sales" team to achieve customer satisfaction.
10. Good Knowledge and experience in effective use of CRM system & tools to track performance and customer satisfaction.
11. Work closely with top management and be in line with the vision of company.
