Role:

We are looking for a Program Manager - Digital Ad Operations, who will be a core member of our delivery team handling multiple projects and managing team of about 120 analysts/Sr.Analyst and along with Junior leads and managers. Will be responsible for executing and managing digital marketing campaigns for our clients across various platforms including paid, search, display, video, and social campaigns along with the team members.

Competencies Required:

1. Working directly within various Ad platforms to create and manage digital ad campaigns (Google, DMP, Facebook, DSPs, SSPs and CDP)

2. Monitor daily performance of campaigns / identify and troubleshoot issues along with the team

3. Collaborate with teams (internal & external) to support client deliverables

Ability to communicate and explain complex ideas, to teams, clients, and advertising partners

4. Implement processes, systems, and best practices for Ad operation - drive accountability across the media practice
