Job Brief :
1. Service delivery manager for Network / Network security domain, Techno-managerial with experience handling enterprise networks. Should be CCNA, CCNP or JNCIA is desired.
2. Minimum 3 years of Experience in handling the service delivery teams with overall 10 years of experience in enterprise operations.
3. Experience handling 20+ team members able to work under pressure
4. Should be a experienced presenting Business reviews ensure Timely delivery.

1. Manage team efficiently & independently.
2. Effective reporting for weekly & monthly business reviews.
3. Control Attrition, mentoring & coaching team members.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction at all level.
5. Delivering the projects & its components with strict adherence of SLA / Timeline.
