Manager - Marketing
- We are looking for an experienced individual to take ownership and lead the Digital Marketing
- Align with all departments across the organization and support the marketing needs arising at all verticals
- Develop and execute a data-driven marketing plan for the market by tracking all organization-level initiatives
- Execute and track all paid marketing campaigns.
- Manage the budget and analytics of all campaigns to identify things that are working and scale them.
- Build digital marketing process and automation - Own the entire lead funnel from ideation -launch - iteration.
- Experience in SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate
- Responsible for managing the entire marketing strategy.
Required Skill Set :
- Ability to build and setup the entire marketing expansion function
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly growing environment
- Startup experience is a plus
- Highly creative and excellent written communication skills with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital ad campaigns from scratch
- Proven experience with Facebook, AdWords, YouTube, SEO, marketing database, email and/or display advertising campaigns
- Fair understanding of marketing automation for B2B segment, conversion analytics funnel (Must have worked on a CRM!)
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Creative problem-solving acumen, with the analytical rigor to verify or invalidate assumptions
- Proven ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with other teams
- Prior work experience in SaaS or technology product companies is preferred
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Proficient in popular social media tools and software programs.
